The briefing.

We would like to get to know your company and your sales department during an on-site visit. We want to understand who your customers are and what makes a sales professional successful in your environment. At the same time, we use the time on site to draw up a clear requirement profile for your new manager.

The search.

First of all, we look at our extensive database. It includes candidates that we already know and that we take a closer look at with regard to your requirements. We also consult external databases and use our contacts in the industry. Because we know that high expectations are placed on sales managers: they must be able to think strategically, understand market dynamics and develop long-term visions.

The selection.

Thanks to our experience and a sense of your needs, we select those candidates who are suitable for the management position. We conduct structured one-on-one discussions with these potential employees. After that, we know for sure which people best fit the requirement profile - and it’s only then that we would like to introduce them to you.

The presentation.

Once we have suggested two to three people who we are convinced can competently lead your team, the decision is yours. In addition to the application documents, you will receive an exposé of each of the candidates in order to get as comprehensive a picture as possible. You decide who you would like to see in real life for an interview. If you need assistance in making these appointments, we will of course be happy to help you. Also on site at any time. And if the perfect candidate is not yet signed up, we will of course continue to search.
